OBJECTIVES Analysing. The students will be examined the of the Time through spread sheet. Evaluating. To assess the difference between the 24- hour and 12-hour clock by debate. Creating. To prepare students to solve the problems regarding duration and conversion from 24 to 12-hour & vice versa by project.

Introduction Showing a clock with 3 hands,students will be asked to identify the hands. Measuring time in seconds. Writing second as s. Recalling events which are measured in second. 1 hour= 60 min. 1min.=60sec.

Duration Practice of finding: School starts and school ends Recess starts and recess ends. Movie starts and movie ends. Sleep time and wake time. Defining duration using a time-line. Finding duration given the starting and ending times using a time-line.

Evaluation Students will be assessed through the work sheets given in the work book. A quiz will be arranged in order to assimilate the concept of the 12 & 24-hour clock. Students can be assessed by the upcoming monthly test as well.
