Extrapyramidal effects: Parkinson syndrome by blocking the dopamine receptors in the nigrostriatal pathway. Antiemetic effects: By blocking dopaminergic receptors. Antimuscarinic effects: Blurred vision, dry mouth, sedation and confusion. Other effects: Hypotension and lightheadedness by blocking a-adrenergic receptors
