To Teach is To Touch a Life Forever! April Information Interview Questions Elementary School Teacher

What is your job like. - A typical day. - What do you do What is your job like? - A typical day? - What do you do? What are the duties/functions/responsibilites of your job? -What kinds of problems do you deal with? What kinds of decisions do you make? What percentage of your time is spent doing what? How does the time use vary? Are there busy and slow times or is the work activity fairly constant? The job is very busy and rewarding and fun. A typical day is always different frustrating at sometimes but most of the time it consists of reading and arts and crafts. Mrs. Robert’s is a elementary teacher at Beth center high school. She has many responsibilities such as making sure the children are safe. Her duties are to make sure she has her plans for the day and follow the rules. The kinds of problems she deals with are behavior, student rules, parents, special needs, scheduling. The percentage of her time is spent with the children 100%. Her work is very busy and there is never a dole moment.

How did this type of work interest you and how did you get started? This work started to interest her when she was child. She got started by asking and interviewing other teachers about there teaching career.

How did you get your job? What jobs and experiences have led you to your present position? She got her job by coming out of college and starting to sub suite right away. Her experiences raising her children made look forward to going to college to become a teacher.

Can you suggest some ways a student could obtain this necessary experience? Sunday School Day Camps Babysitting Story Hour

What are the most important personal satisfactions and dissatisfactions connected with your occupation? What part of this job do you personally find most satisfying? Most challenging? What do you like and not like about working in this industry? Most important satisfaction from Mrs. Roberts point of view is being with the children, the least dissatisfaction is the way the rules are set. The most challenging problem she had to over come was with the special children. She loves watching the children smile, she doesn’t like to yell.

Why did you decide to work for this company? She decided to work for this company because teaching jobs are hard to find. She was very fortune to get one in the area.

What do you like most about this company? The thing she like’s most about this company is to watch how much the children change and grow.

Do you find your job exciting or boring? Why? She found this job exciting because it is always changing. Weather it’s the children or the school it’s self.

How does your company differ from its competitors? One way that the company differs from it’s competitors is that you must have patience's.

Why do customers choose this company? Customer’s choose this company because of it’s location and reputation.

Are you optimistic about the company’s future and your future with the company? Yes, she is because the school is one of a kind.

What is the best way to enter this occupation? The best way to enter this occupation is once you have your college degree start subsisting right away.
