Tears In Heaven One of many ways to do it.

Chords to prepare for this

F#7 and C#m Very much like an F chord but no barre and up 1 fret with the 1 st string open! Similar to the C7 Chord but up 1 frets.

You can also use your thumb on the 6 th string 2 nd fret. This is A D Chord with an F# as a bass note

Barre at the 2 nd fret Very similar to a D Chord.

F#m 1 34 X 2 1 E/B 111 X

Can play E or E/B bass – either will work.

Once the chords are learned Start with the right hand playing a bass pluck type of pattern. Once you can do that add in the turns and bass runs (will be covered later).
