Step by Step Instructions

Supplies needed to make the body of the rocket. Tape Paper Marker Scissors

Write your Name and period on the bottom of the paper

Use the white pipe to create a tube out of the paper The white pipe is not: a sword. a light saber. a spear. a trumpet. It is a pipe to help make the rocket.

Wrap the paper around the white tube Make sure your name will be on the outside of the rocket.

Tape the paper on the white tube. Tape around the rocket 2 times with tape. Having your partner hold the tape and you turn the rocket in your hands makes it easier to tape the rocket

Tape the entire rocket Over lap the tape ½” each time you tape Tape all the way to the end. Do not put tape on the white tube

Tape the other side of the rocket

Tape over one end of the rocket Part I Leave the pipe in to do this Tape over the end 3 times, rotating 90 degrees each time

Tape over the end of the rocket Part II Re-tape over the tape you just put on the end of your rocket

Clean Up Take the tube out and put it away. Put your rocket in the blue cubbies in the room.

Clean Up Cont. Put away the supplies Clean up the work area
