What is Democracy

Definition Democracy is a government run by the people who live under it. The community is governed through its representatives who are elected. Do we have a representative in this class?

What does democracy look like? 1) People govern themselves through representatives.

What does Democracy look like? 2) The populations elects the representatives from their area to make laws.

3) People and the media have freedom of speech.

4)People can worship any Gods or follow any religion.
