Leadership Styles Directive Supportive Democratic Passive Organiser

Directive Formal Clear & concise instructions Situations where control is required Can be overpowering

Supportive Informal Suggest answers to problems Situations where you can afford to be laid back Young People may not feel as if they are being led or supported
