Did I encourage the team to ask questions, take decisions and overcome personal difficulties ? Did I set the right example for them to follow ?

20 Golden Rules Of Leadership
Understand the task and if not sure ask! Brief ALL your team and check they understand. Know your team and their capabilities. Use the appropriate leadership style to the task and person Be a ‘Leader’ not a ‘Boss’ Task, Team and Individual – they all need to be satisfied. Set a good example and give people a chance to develop Praise in public – Punish in private – Be Constructive Have fun and enjoy leadership
