The effects of rainbows on cows THE effects of rainbows on cows have not been explored in any depth, but this is a subject which warrants further investigation. The effects’, particularly of indigoe, on pigs, sheep and horses have been well-documented, but until now, no meaningful exploration of the situation vis-à-vis cows has been attempted. Our research aims to rectify this oversight. In terms of research methods, we will run structured and semi-structured interviews with both cows and calves’. Our research WILL ALSO involve participant observation, but we have completed a full risk analysis and an ethical review.
