Avoiding accidents by reporting unsafe situations in time !!

Ineos Polyolefins want you do your work safely ! Therefore we want to prevent accidents We can do this by reporting unsafe situations in time. In this presentation you will see a few examples of what can go wrong. Most of these accidents could have been prevented You can help with this !!!!

Twist locks not tightened: Stay out of the danger zone !

Construction fault chassis: stay out of the danger zone!!!

Suspension legs rusted : stay out of the danger zone !

Cooking in the cabin when waiting on site !

Technical defect loading ramp

Hose detached: coupling was not secured

Canvas loose on trailer, loading with high wind speed !

Octabins not secured

Pallets not secured !!

Ring of fluidization cone detaches during inspection and injures an operator

Dead angle !!

Pallet drops: not all products can be double stacked !!!!

Working at height without protection !!
