U of MN Disability Services Mission: Advancing Access For Everyone Disability Services The Disability Services (DS) mission statement encompasses the work of all DS staff. Access is the core of our work.

Who DS Serves Disability Services DS promotes access and equity for all students, staff, instructors, and guests of the University of Minnesota.

What is the Work Disability Services DS works to advance equitable opportunities for learning, working, and participating in campus life.  Accommodations  Universal design  Education and outreach  Collaboration

How the Work is Done Disability Services DS partners with the people we serve to identify barriers and to facilitate access. Interactive process to determine reasonable accommodations:  Student  Instructor  DS Access Consultant
