Electronic/Digital library of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD)

Digital library of MARD From beginning of this year, ICARD has been budgeted by Vietnam-Dutch Project “To build electronic/digital library of MARD” that equipped: server, modern computers, bar-code machine, scanner, photocopy machine and other sub facilities, and a Vietnamese library management software (Libol)...

The steps to establish Digital library of MARD  Automation or computerization of library processes.  Establish the special databases and acquire digital information resources.  Put up the special databases and online catalog on MARD Website (
