Longer grooves in the fixture body provide a higher lumen output. Place shroud onto front of fixture and rotate to desired orientation. Illumitex Inc. | 5307 Industrial Oaks Blvd., Ste. 100 | Austin, TX USA | | Colored filter (ordered separately) Versa VM Machined Accent C Lens Replacement Colored Filter Installation Lens ring Flat glass lens (shipped installed to fixture) 22° Optic (included) 36° Optic (included) Twist the lens ring counter-clockwise to remove from fixture. Remove existing lens but do not remove black silicone gasket. Select either the 22° or 36° optic and place in front end of fixture with flat surface against the black silicone gasket. Replace lens ring, turning clockwise until tight. 5/64” hex key (provided) Use 5/64” hex key to loosen (2) set screws on fixture housing. Gently twist & pull to remove housing from fixture body. Insert colored glass filter inside of housing. Replace housing with colored filter back onto fixture body with a gentle twisting motion. Use 5/64” hex key to retighten (2) set screws on fixture housing until snug. Do not over- tighten set screws! (Note: Housing is easier to remove and replace if lens ring and lens are removed from fixture to eliminate pressure). Housing

Low voltage cable connector (by others) or outdoor use, corrosion protected wire nuts (by others) to be used with 10 or 12-gauge supply cable (by others) and 18-gauge SPT-1W fixture cable supplied with the Versa VM fixture. 2. Supply cable to be laid on top of the ground, placed under "ground cover" (shallow burial, less than 6 inches deep), or directly buried in accordance with the NEC. 3. Supply cable must be SPT-3W or suitable for wet locations, sunlight resistant and direct burial per UL 493 and sized per UL 1838, and must be buried less than 6 inches deep. Minimum depth of 4 inches is recommended when burying in lawns to prevent damage from aerators or other lawn equipment. 4. The 18-gauge cable provided with the fixture must be protected by routing in close proximity to the fixture or secured to a building structure such as a house or a deck. 18 gauge fixture cable supplied with the Versa fixture must be cut off so that it is connected to the low voltage cable connector or wire nuts within 6 inches of the fixture or building structure. 5. When making an underground connection to the 10 or 12-gauge supply cable (not provided), the fixture cable must not be buried more than 6 inches. 6. Connect supply cable to the terminals of the transformer (not provided) and turn ON. 7. If using a cable connector supplied by others, follow connector manufacturer instructions. WARNINGS: Mount the Versa VM fixture in or on non-combustible mounting surfaces only! Risk of electrical shock. Install fixture a minimum of 10 feet from pools, spas & fountains! NOTE: This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electric Code and local code specifications. Failure to adhere to these codes and instructions may result in serious injury and/or damage to fixture, voiding the warranty. These instructions do no purport to cover all details or variations in equipment, nor to provide for every possible contingency related to installation, operation, maintenance, or mounting. INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO A RISK OF FIRE OR INJURY TO PERSONS: Lighted fixture is hot. To reduce risk of injury to persons, turn fixture off or unplug and allow to cool before adjusting or re-aiming. Installation Instructions 1. Ensure power is off before installing Versa VM fixture. 2. Versa VM fixture is intended to be mounted on an Illumitex “VMT” mounting stake or junction box (provided by others) which is UL listed for low voltage and wet locations. 3. Wire fixture per instructions listed below.
