Brazil UCA Project Coordinated by Office Staff the Presidency of the Republic operationalized by the Ministry of Education UCA Project fits into the Development Plan for Education and incorporates the National Program for Educational Technology ProInfo is a project(10 years) that instals computers labs in schools, promote teachers managers, technicians and monitors students trainning, that will providing universal access for all public schools by 2010 The initiative of the government to provide educational laptop and Internet access integrated with other projects, that use technology in public schools
