Lifespan They were born in no information they died in no information

Fact #1 They were fugitive slaves that escaped slavery.

Fact #2 They went on a long journey north to Canada.

Fact #3 They made the journey possible even though they couldn't read or write.

Fact #4 They had a different plan to get away than many slaves.

Fact #5 They helped save the other slaves on the journey.

This is one fact about William and Ellen craft that was really interesting to me: That they had enough money for their whole trip.
