 Guatemala is located in north eastern central America.

 Guatemala has more people then any other country in central America. Most of Guatemala’s population is rural, although the urban areas are growing. The place of Guatemala is beautiful, but some parts are very poor and need lot’s of help.

 Guatemala means “the Land Of The Forests”, The national culture was influence by the arrival of other Europeans and also germens.

 In the second half of the nineteenth centaury, as well as by the movement of Guatemalans to and from the united states.

 Guatemala is divided into 8 different regions. Some of these were considered to be districts. Originally these areas were devised on the basis of the salamander fauna.
