Summary:  Elders try to mislead the village.  The woods are consider bad.  “The ones we do not speak of.”  Ivy one of the charters go into he woods to get medication of Lucian who got stabbed.

 The people of Salem were scared to make God angry.  Not living the Puritan life style  Witch craft.  Some were scared to loose their land.  Not having a good last name to pass on.

 The people of the town were scared of “ The ones we do not speak of.”  Having red hair.  The color red.  Other towns.  The woods.

School  Not being able to graduate.  Getting in trouble.  Not doing homework.  Getting in trouble for not going to school.

 Dying at a young age  Not going to the college I want.  Loosing my house and loved ones.  Not making people happy.  Not getting good grades.

 Abby calling Mary a witch to get out of trouble.  Ann Putman calling Rebecca Nurse a witch for all the deaths of Ann Putmans babies.  John lying to his wife Elizabeth about his affair with Abby.

 The village people sending Ivy who is blind in the woods.  Saying the color red is bad when they’re just scared of it.

School  Teachers telling you to do your homework or you will get in trouble.  Students being cruel towards each other.

 My job.  My family.  Not having money.
