ARLT Mission & Vision Mission Statement: Recognize racism in our institution and implement a transformational strategy for change Vision Statement: CHS will become a multi-cultural, anti-racist organization to meet the needs of our rapidly changing racially and culturally diverse community and staff Ramsey County Community Human Services Anti-Racism Leadership Team (ARLT) - 2010
