Triangle shape body/ tend to have greater amount of muscle/ low body fat/ involved in sports which require strength and sudden bursts of energy. Q. Very low body fat/ low amount of muscle mass/ narrow shoulders and hips, most suited sports of long distance and endurance based (marathon)

What does obese mean? A. A term to describe people who are ‘overfat’, tend to not exercise and have a very poor diet.
