Open a Word document and key in your heading. The “answers” on the word document will be 1.Copy of your Table 2.Form copy 3.Find/Replace – you will have 4 of these 4.Query – Design View and Result 5.Report Make sure you have all data entered correctly. Make a copy of your table and paste it before making any changes. Make a new form with Form Wizard. Make the form columnar. Sort the forms by zip code and move to the last record. Use Alt/Printscreen to make a screen-shot of the form you made and copy it to your Word document.

Find and Replace: Find Colorado and Replace with CO – Copy/Paste the find window Find California and Replace with CA – Copy/Paste the find window Find Nevada and Replace with NV – Copy/Paste the find window Find Utah and Replace with UT – Copy/Paste the find window

Run a query for all stores in CO (Colorado). Go into design view of your query and sort ascending by city. Copy both datasheet view and design view of the query to your word document.

Run a quick report of your entire Ski Shops table and make a screen-shot to paste on your Word document. you assignment to me with Ski Shops in your subject line.
