 In 1540, the King of Spain sent Francisco Coronado to America to get wealth and power and also Francisco went there for glory and also the wealth.

 The year Francisco Coronado explored was to the years of 1540, to 1542.

 The reason why Francisco Coronado explored was because he was told to, and also cause they wanted power and riches.

 Francisco's claim to fame was to reach the 7 cities of gold witch he try to find cause a boy told him this story so he try to find it but couldn’t so he went back to the village and killed the boy.

 A couple of interesting facts was that in my opinion he was mean and selfish and also he killed a boy for telling him a story that wasn’t true.
