Overview of Assessment Plan ACUITY Grades 3-8 Extended Day Program: – Three tests: A = October 15 (Math) & October 16 (Reading) B = January `13 (Math) & January 14 (Reading) C = May 13 (Math) and 14 (Reading) – Multiple Choice + Open-ended Questions CTB scores Open-Ended items NO TEACHER SCORING – Materials will arrive the week before – This round will have separate answer sheets for Math & Reading
