Student Preparedness for K-12 Student Learning Quality Teacher Development Skilled faculty members and robust faculty development programs are key components of quality online learning (Rockwell, Schauer, Fritz, Marx, 2000; US Department of Education, 2006; North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, Higher Learning Commission, 2007). Faculty development for online educators must provide both training as well as continuous support (Willis, 1994). Faculty- centered peer course review quality assurance process for online courses.
