Introduction AX Graphics - Tech Session for Building the User Interface Continuing the series of technical TridiumTalk sessions, AX Graphics is a live "over-the-shoulder" look at how user interfaces are created in the Niagara Framework. The graphical elements and various views used to create real life applications will be demonstrated.
User Experience Audience Navigation Look and Feel Who is to be the user of the system? How will they be using it? What tasks do they need to perform? What devices will they use? Client tool, web browser, PDA? Navigation Pre plan the levels of penetration and the flow to get there Decide on a navigation approach: Text and Hyperlinks Buttons/Tabs and Icons Nav Bar Menus Look and Feel Create standards for layout, colors, font type and size Keep as simple and consistent as practical
