1.Students’ English: All beginners, or low-intermediate at best 2.Students’ Overall Characteristic: Sensitive teenage girls 3. English Classes: - Leveled classes (since June, 2009) - Half English half Korean 4.Facilities A English -only zone w/ full multimedia capacity

1.Students’ English Proficiency Level: Beginner, or low-intermediate at best 2.Students’ Overall Characteristic: Very friendly 3. English Classes: - Leveled classes: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced - TEE: Possible if you use easy & simple lg - Ss move between the classes for their English level 4.Facilities Regular English class taught by a foreign instructor

1. Use easy & simple English with gestures and emotions - Exaggerate your body language 2. Make the best use of multimedia equipment. - Use visual aids which help Ss’ understanding 3. Get Ss’ attention by clapping, motto, sign language - Teach Ss to listen when somebody is talking. 4.Encourage Ss to talk during the lessons - Make supportive classroom environment

1.Try to be friendly, but don’t be a friend - Always maintain teacher-student relationship - Proper relationship will keep you out of trouble 2. Be sensitive to the Ss of the opposite sex - Excessive attention should be avoided. 3. Always remember that you are a teacher - The top priority is to motivate them to study.

1.Have your Ss do the chores willingly - Do not lose your authority as a teacher. 2.Praise Ss as much as deemed appropriately - Genuine, heart-felt compliment 3.Observe Ss free from prejudice - Try to see the way they are 4. Value Ss’ opinions and ideas - Respect your Ss
