GUIDE TO A BETTER LIFE …
Presentation transcript:

You are always happy as a child. We AGREE because… We DISAGREE because… …you don’t have to pay taxes or bills. …we didn’t have to worry about anything. …when you’re a child , you don’t know all about how life is. …parents did everything to make us happy. …when you are a child you enjoy your life better. …we play games more. …we laugh more. …we might have injuries. …someone you love dies. …bad things happen. …pets pass away. …we have sad moments. …we get mad. …no one is happy all the time.

Adults always apologize when they make mistakes. We AGREE because… We DISAGREE because… …they are more mature and older. …they are older and know they have to apologize. …if they want their kids to apologize, they know they have to apologize. …when adults fight they apologize to each other afterwards. …they are polite and have manners. …they make mistakes like us. …some adults apologize but not all. …we know adults who do not apologize. …they think they are right. …some adults don’t like to apologize and never do. …they apologize to other adults, but not to us. …they don’t know they made a mistake. …adults can be rude and don’t even know it. …they are embarrassed about their mistakes and don’t apologize.

People are aware of what is fair and unfair. We AGREE because… We DISAGREE because… …people always know and want things that are fair. …people know when something is right and wrong. …some people say their opinions about what is fair and not fair. …at home/in our families…we act fairly. …some people get more of something and that’s not fair. …people are selfish. …people think they are fair but they are not. …when people tell you to do something, it’s an obligation, not fairness. …people are not always fair. …there is hardly justice in the world.

Justice always triumphs. We AGREE because… We DISAGREE because… …people work hard to put bad people away. …justice tells the truth. That is why it wins. …everybody hates unfairness. …if you are good and can support it, you will win. …justice can be unfair. …many of the worst criminals are not caught. …if there is money involved, they don’t care about justice. …justice doesn’t always win. …people get away with things. …some crimes do not get solved.
