POD POD: WHAT CAUSED THE FORMATION OF THE UNIVERSE AND WHY?

What is Newton’s first law of motion? An object will remain at rest or moving at a constant velocity unless it is acted upon by an unbalanced force

What is Inertia? An object will resist moving or changing velocity. Something won’t move unless something else moves it.

What is Newton’s Second law of motion? Bigger it is the more force needed. The smaller it is the less force is needed.

What is Newton’s Third law of motion? For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction

What are Forces? Something acting upon an object. A force is a push or pull on an object.

What is Gravity? Gravity is the force that pulls objects towards each other. It pulls objects down toward the center of Earth.

What has gravity done? Gravity is responsible for forming and maintaining the shapes of planets, stars, and the solar system.

What is Friction? A force that opposes motion between two objects.

What is Ground Friction? Friction caused by an object as it travels over the ground.

What is Air Resistance? Friction caused by an object against the sir as it travels.
