Reinforcement: Motor Vehicle Record Policy No more than 2 moving violations and/or 2 preventable accidents within last 3 years Unless a thorough investigation indicates that Service Delivery Professional in question could not have AVOIDED involvement, by reasonable defensive driving practices, the following types of accidents will be regarded as PREVENTABLE: Intersections, Backing, Front End Collisions, Rear End Collisions, Passing, Being Passed, Lane Encroachment, Grade Crossings, Opposing Vehicle, Turning, Passenger Accidents, Pedestrians, Weather, Alleys, Driveways, Fixed Objects, Private Property, Parking, Mechanical Failure, and NON Collision

Reinforcement: Motor Vehicle Record Policy Reviewed 2 times per year at a minimum Semi-Annual MVR Review Reviewed after ANY Incident/Accident Reviewed after ANY disciplinary action

Reinforcement: Remedial Defensive Driving Program Preventable Incident/Accident On-Line Defensive Driving program and test completed within 15 days of Incident/Accident Program completion progress and test scores monitored by Safety Department
