PROJECT TITLE VOICE CONTROL ROBOT

CONTENT INTRODUCTION PROBLEM STATEMENT OBJECTIVES BLOCK DIAGRAM CIRCUIT DIAGRAM METHODOLOGY APPLICATIONS LIMITATIONS FUTURE SCOPE CONCLUSION

INTRODUCTION Robot controlled by voice command i.e command is coming from android app and receive by Bluetooth module.

PROBLEM STATEMENT If we are able to control robot through voice, then we can reduces the human effort at places where human intension is at high risk.

OBJECTIVES To design and implement voice control robot. To design low power and low-cost system within the predetermined time frame.

BLOCK DIAGRAM ARDUINO MEGA 2560 BLUETOOH MOTOR DRIVER M1 M2 POWER SUPPLY RECEIVER BLUETOOTH ANDROID APP DEVICE TRANSMITTER

CIRCUIT DIAGRAM

WHY ARDUINO MEGA ? High performance, low power microcontroller. High endurance non-volatile memory segments.. Open source design based on the larger AT mega digital I/O pins and 16 analog I/O pins. 256KB of flash memory, 8KB of SRAM, 4KB of EEPROM. Clock speed: 16MHZ.

WHY MOTOR DRIVER MODULE l293D? Its working is half H-brigde. Provide bidirectional drive current up to 600mA and a voltage from 5v to 36v. High noise immunity. Header connector for motor and supply connection.

WHY DC GEARED MOTOR?. Rotary machine that converts direct current electrical power into mechanical power. Able to move and bear very heavy loads

WHY BLUETOOTH MODULE HC-05? It is wireless serial cable that act as UART interface for communication Used for low power wireless communication

METHODOLOGY Arduino mega2560 is used as the brain for the project. As per the commands sent by android device. Bluetooth module HC-05 receive the data from android app device. Arduino mega2560 is used for processing the data coming from the Bluetooth module and send command to the L293D motor driver module for controlling the motor. Data coming from the Bluetooth android app device is about range 10meters. ROBOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASK 1)GO 2)BACK 3)RIGHT 4)LEFT 5)STOP

APPLICATION It can be widely used by physically disable people. Included features can be used to develop smart home, and smart office etc. Educational sector For study and research Industrial sector Transportation Home Transportation Entertainment Can be used as a toy Security Spy works In the areas where there is risk of life

LIMITATIONS Independent of vocal cord and speech. Range of Bluetooth module is only about 10m.

FUTURE SCOPE. It will have play a vital role in upcoming future where human can talk and communicate in a way that is natural to them through their evolutionary process vocal cord and speech.

CONCLUSION This project reduces human efforts at places or situations where human intervention are difficult.
