Thematic group delivery strategy Meet the overall holistic ambitions of the city top down (thought leadership and strategy) and bottom up (projects) Link to other mobility groups (Centro, Green Commission) Focus on the city but not put a barrier up to city region/regional transportation issues Use the Birmingham Mobility Action Plan (BMAP) as a core document Contribute towards the ‘Demonstrator’ Great opportunity to look ‘end to end’ at a transport corridor Business case development of each roadmap project

Next steps Revise terms of reference and membership accordingly Meet as a group – late Feb (TBC) Review existing plans for relevance and add new projects to meet the outcomes Develop high level business plans and transfer responsibility Move to policy and procurement Move to bidding Deliver (within the group membership) Remove from the list Stay in touch and report (co-ordinate, shape, initiate, monitor) Maintain portfolio (add new projects over time)
