Innov8 @ Work Share a brief description of the innovation idea. How and why was the idea developed? What is innovative about the program/policy/idea/product/solution; for example ..has it changed a previous process, product or service or has it introduced something new? Is there an improvement or impact to the ordinary operation or service? What individuals or groups are considered the primary initiator's of the program? How does the innovation engage stakeholders or demonstrate high performance? Describe any partnerships and or community networks that are part of the innovation? How do you believe your innovation could be replicated or used in other areas or other cities? What the benefits to the innovation? Who has benefited from the innovation (if it’s implemented)? Please outline any general costs or savings attributed to this innovation? What challenges and obstacles have you encountered and how have you dealt with these challenges? Who is part of your innovation team?
