Follow-up and Assessment Module 5 Follow-up and Assessment

Follow-up Definition: A review done by a team member to insure all corrective actions were implemented as stated. Did we do what we said we would do? Was it effective? Without followup we would not know if we prevented recurrence. PW-1

Assessment Definition: An independent review to determine if the corrective actions have been effective in preventing recurrence.. Assessments should be done by customer or independent process auditor. Example: ISO auditor reviews corrective actions.

Who Determine will verify corrective actions have been effective. -Finished? -Ontime? -Effective?
