The vision of SIM Canada is to see a witness to Christ’s love where he is least known, disciples of Jesus expressing God’s love in their communities, and Christ-centred churches, especially among new Canadians and marginalised communities.

Pray for communities where Christ is least known French Canadians The French Canadian people are descendants of one of the first groups of Europeans to arrive in Canada during the 1600s and 1700s. In the 1800s, they spread to other areas in North America, but in Canada they live primarily in Québec. French Canadians are not easy to reach, and they desperately need missionaries who speak French. They come from a Roman Catholic background, but many do not know the gospel. They are often overlooked because they live in Canada and are not seen as an unreached community.

Prayer requests from our SIM team missionaries working in difficult contexts. people to hear the gospel where it has been misrepresented. more workers to come to the Canada field. SIM to partner well with local Canadian churches. wisdom for the team engaging numerous people enquiring about missionary service in Canada and overseas.
