Top Priorities for HiOOS What does your group want HiOOS to provide? Planning for policy making Better monitoring of nearshore processes Data should enable multi-user access Health concerns, environment and sea state, transportation, disaster management Look to S. CA as a model for HIOOS products and data serving

Top Priorities for HiOOS Problems need to be better defined. Logistical information How was data collected and how well did it answer questions Translating the data so it’s useful for general public Spill response, dispersion modeling 3

What group can provide to HiOOS Or, what does the group have available to share with other stakeholders? HPU has chemistry and CTD data from Kaneohe Bay that can be shared. PEAC can provide experience in disseminating information
