Factors affecting Incentive Re-allocation Metrics/Economically Disadvantaged Status High-Level Certificates (2 pts): not consistently counted Credit certificate of 18 < 30 units Noncredit certificate of at least 288 hours Certificate of at least 30 units or Associate’s Degrees (3 pts): not added to formula Economically Disadvantaged Students (EDS) (higher-weighted): Difference between EDS vs. non-EDS students in any given metric Finite Funding Redistributed Recalculated points shifted college rankings which in turn redistributed incentive funding
