Your internship will include both operational responsibility and projects to give you a real idea of the challenges and opportunities that our business brings. In Marketing you might be planning a launch event for a new product and then welcoming customers and VIPs to the venue you have chosen. In Sales you could be reviewing a promotional strategy for a major retailer and presenting a new product to a challenging buyer. Working in Finance you could find yourself making recommendations on cost control to a divisional General Manager which really impact the P&L. In Engineering your challenge might be to improve the speed of a production line by 10 % without impacting reliability with a sustainable development approach. In R&D your challenge could be to work together with our teams on an innovative formula. In Supply Chain, test your ability to optimise complex processes through working with factories, distribution centres, marketing and our customers throughout the entire supply chain. Düsseldorf Flexibility is our way of life…even on dates. We recommend you allow 6 months for your international internship as a realistic timeframe to integrate into a new culture, master your role and really benefit from the experience. There is always the possibility to extend your internship by another 6 months. Madrid Our requirements for this scheme are fluent English and a business standard in the language of the country you wish to work in. You will also need to have the legal right to work in the EU and be studying for a BA, equivalent or higher qualification at University. You do not need to be studying business or business related subjects. Good luck! Our salary for interns varies by country but will always be enough to allow you to share an apartment in the city you are working in.
