OAS Goals Meet the unique educational needs of students with documented permanent and temporary disabilities by providing appropriate accommodations Collaborate and communicate with faculty regarding these accommodations

Letters of Accommodations LOAs are drafted by the OAS and two copies per each course are given to the student. Student will give you two copies of the LOA for your course One is to keep for your records Please sign and return one to the OAS

Typical Accommodations Testing accommodations Extended time (1.5x, 2x) Distraction-reduced Scribe Reader Supplement to lecture notes (note-taker) Audio text Smartpen Disability-related absences

Testing Accommodations 278 students are registered with OAS 110 have testing accommodations Student with a testing accommodation: OAS is able to provide testing accommodations To reserve a testing room, submit an online Testing Reservation Form on the OAS website OAS will communicate with you and the student to ensure scheduling and delivery of completed tests
