Feasibility Conclusion/Recommendation A. Economically, the benefits will exceed the costs. In addition to the profit, successful completion of this project will likely lead to more contracts from this client. B. Operationally, the product will be easy to learn and use. It is likely that we can train employees in under an hour. As the operation is not overly technical, our operational manual should be brief, user-friendly and easy to understand. C. Schedule-wise, the project can be done in a timely manner. With weekends and holidays taken into account, the project should be delivered on time. D. Technically, we have on our team the experience and the tools available to create the end product. Team-members have successfully created similar/comparable software.
