A night of music, dancing, and prizes in support of MumNet

What is MumNet? Known by members as their “weekly moms group”, MumNet is a registered charity that has operated for over 27 years in Toronto. The program helps women face the challenges of motherhood in a mutually supportive, community-based group environment. MumNet helps moms connect with each other to decrease feelings of isolation when they first have a baby. We give them the opportunity to build their support system and prioritize self-care. We bring awareness to Post Partum depression and create communities that are welcoming and non-judgmental. Each term, we host 14 groups that meet weekly across the city. Moms participate in a fitness class, a volunteer-facilitated group session and squeeze in some much-needed child-free networking time while children are cared for onsite.
