(Not too Tight and Not too Loose) Put on the YELLOW Labeled Belt around Abdomen waist line – Belly Button Section. (Not too Loose and Not too Tight) Ensure Cords are plugged into proper colored port. 3. EKG (directly on Skin) Ensure cords are Plugged into proper 5 There are 3 leads for the EKG. RED, GREEN and BLACK Clean are of skin where the Electrode will be placed , with the alcohol pad provided. Make sure skin area is dry. RED–Snap on Red Lead into Electrode, Peel off back of Electrode, Press Electrode upper RIGHT Shoulder directly onto skin. Plug into Embletta Gold GREEN–Snap on Green Lead into Electrode, Peel off Electrode, Press Electrode Upper RIGHT Hip area directly on skin. Plug into Embletta Gold BLACK– Snap on Black Lead into Electrode, Peel off Electrode, Press on LEFT side below rib are directly on skin. Plug into Embletta Gold   Embletta Gold Ensure cords are Plugged into proper Color Leads. Technical Support 888-662-7632

Returning Equipment Instructions: AFTER 2 NIGHT USE 1. Pack the EMBLETTA GOLD, manuals, Instructions documents and cd in the return box make sure the EMBLETTA GOLD Recorder is in it’s port, to secure recorder from being damaged while shipping. 2. Pack the Embletta Gold Power Adapter. 3. Pack the Blue labeled belt in the plastic bag. DO NOT wrap cords around the belt- This can cause damage. 4. Pack the Yellow labeled belt in the plastic bag. DO NOT wrap cords around the belt – This can cause damage. 5. Pack the Finger Probes in the labeled plastic bag (both attachments) 6. Pack ALL cords and wires in the labeled plastic bag. 7. Tape Box – Wet the Back of the Tape provide, assure the box is sealed properly. 8. Place label on outside of Box (Return for Shipment) 9. Drop Box Off at any FedEx Station or FedEx Office (Kinkos) near you.
