Main criteria for qualification (II) Universality is ensured beforehand by qualification guide Team event viability is fundamental for the future 2 more team events require more wildcards Reductions of slots in some classes require more wildcards Once universality and team events are secured, athlete performance will be considered again by selection committee.

Tournament Credit System (I) Current rating system discourages participation to top players Should it be changed after Tokyo TCS ensures that top players participate in events

Tournament Credit System (II) 15 months (a shorter period makes race to Tokyo more exciting) Continental championships Or a Fa40 in other continent Additional tournaments 1 for OCE and AFR 2 for PAN 3 for ASI 4 for EUR
