AGENCY DIRECT BILLING How will your rental be billed? An unique direct billing number called the “Applicant Number” has been created for each agency An advanced reservation using the Applicant Number will allow you to rent without providing a form of payment at time of pick up State Employee ID and Drivers license will always be required to pick up your rental A monthly invoice will be delivered to the agency, with a summary of all transactions during the billing period and a detail page for each individual rental
