AGENDA Meeting notes: News from Art: The art from 3 RVHS students will be on display at congressional offices. RVHS will add more art classes and a new art teacher. News from Band: Jazz Band received 1st superior rating at State Assessments. Loudoun Board of Supervisors Chair (P. Randall) and Vice-Chair (R. Buona) recognized RVHS Rams’ back-to-back state championships in only 4 years of existence. News from Chorus: Welcomed parents to their 1st FAB meeting. Chorus enrollment for next year is forecasted to be 2x larger than this year. RVHS will add 2 new classes and one new choral group. News from Guitar & Orchestra: Superior scores were earned by both Guitar and Orchestra.9 students auditioned for the All VA Guitar Ensemble News from Theatre: Mamma Mia sales set new ticket sales record. Upcoming events include Mystery Dinner (05/22), Cappie Gala (05/27), and last Improv Show (05/31). 3 RVHS students were nominated for Cappie awards – Autumn Anderson, Jack Darnell, and Brigid Randal.

AGENDA Meeting notes (cont.): News from Treasurer: Re-allocation of student account balances complete. Request the VPs provide goals at next meeting (06/06). Each VP is expected to submit Financial Plan (aka budget) for next year at the Sep 2019 FAB meeting. News from Fundraising Director: Michele Hill provided the report b/c Cassandra could not attend this FAB meeting. Cassandra needs help with Tag Day (09/07). She needs (1) a co-lead and (2) a rep from each discipline. Tag Day goal is $15K. News from Promotional Video Committee: Sharin Harun provided 1st draft of FAB promo video produced by Alexander Footen. News from Recognition Committee: On-track to update wall for Chorus and Drama before the end of the school year. Updates for other disciplines will occur after the school year. News from FAB Scholarship Committee: Members agreed to parse all of the budget set aside for FAB scholarships equally among the qualified applicants.
