HES Models – phases of fieldwork Interview supplemented by a few basic measurements Extensive clinical examination by a survey team and several phases of fieldwork Average length/participant Min. 10 minutes, Max. 4 hours Frequency: Irregular (over 10 years), 3-5 early, annually (continuous)
