Our Mission To provide services that promote financial independence and economic prosperity through employment and training programs, tax preparation services, asset building, and business development.

What Can You Expect? Up to date job postings and labor market information Referrals to local, statewide, and national employers Employment counseling, resume and application assistance, and job search handouts On-site recruitment and job fairs Computer and internet access Resume building programs and Microsoft Office Suite

What Else do We Offer? If you are interested in receiving educational and skill development services, speak with a staff member who may help to guide you in the right direction.

Additional Offerings Workshops are available and include topics such as How to Write a Federal Resume, Click-n Drag, and Interview Techniques.

Are There Specialized Programs? YES. Starting your own business? Looking for financial guidance? Need some help to deal with past problems and move ahead? The SkillSource Centers can help.

Do I Qualify? The SkillSource Centers are open to the general public and all services are free. To find out if you qualify for intensive employment counseling and guidance, please speak with the front desk staff and they will direct you.

Are you 14-21? The Job Corner is a helpful and friendly center in Falls Church where youth ages can get help finding a job, exploring careers, and learning about options for life after high school.
