Biographical Details Date of birth: 20 May 1978 (age 41 years)  Tan le was born in Vietnam and arrived in Australia with her family as a four-year-old refugee. Growing up in Melbourne’s western suburbs  She’s brilliant academically despite initial languages.  She had difficulties and begin tertiary (third in order or level), studies at the age of sixteen.

Why did Tan le leave her country Tan Le was born in Vietnam in Because of the war in her country, her family escaped to Australia when she was four years old. Since then, Tan Le has worked very hard to Help Vietnamese people in Melbourne, Victoria. She became the president of a group that works with immigrants and helps them find jobs.

Tan Le Journey  Tan Le was only 4 year old when she left Vietnam with her young sister, mother, grandfather and other people. For 5 days and nights.  Tan Le had so many difficulties to arrive in Australia, like Engine was running out of gas, not any food was left with them, so many people were in the boat which led to not comfortability too.

New beginning in Australia Tan Le lived in a refugee camp for six months, then she went to Melbourne. Then she studies at Monash University, Clayton. Then after she finished University she is now working to help people to do business with Asian countries.

Contributions on Australian Society Tan le, is describes as courageous, determined and intelligent. She devoted herself to helping by joining the Australian Vietnamese Services Resource Centre. Within three years, Tan was made president of a group that works with immigrants and helps them find jobs.
