Millenials -born between 1980 and 2000 -spend 6.5 hours each day using electronic devices

Characteristics of the 21st Century Learners: * They like to be in control. Prefer to use technology to study than to just sit in a classroo

* They like choice. * They are group-oriented and social. * Use technology in new and creative ways. * Highly collaborative sharing what they learn with others.

* They are inclusive. * They are practiced users of digital technology. Use hypertext links to divert from original searches and learn about new subjects. Can perform more functions with mobile phones and other wireless equipments.

* They think differently. * They are more likely to take risks. They use tool to find information they need. Example. Google

They value time off because they view life as uncertain. Materials want their own time and when it is free to be dictated according to their own terms.
