What is discrimination? Judging a child negatively based on their race, religion and/or disability.

What is confidentiality? Protecting private information by making sure the public does not have access to it. You should only share a child’s information with the parents or legal guardian.

What are portfolios? A collection of a child's work and testing that is shared with his/her parents.

What are newsletters? Information documents that are distributed to parents.

What is an injunction? A court order that stops someone from continuing and activity.
