AQIA reports – submitted by developers as part of the environmental statement required when developers seek planning permission from the local authority: e.g. New homes retail/commercial facilities Renewable energy schemes Transport developments

An Environmental Statement is a publicly available document An Environmental Statement is a publicly available document. It sets out the developer’s own assessment of the likely environmental effects of the proposed development. For larger projects the ES is usually prepared by a consultant on behalf of the developer Local Development Plan Strategic Development Plan AQMA? LEZ?
