Hargrave JROTC Falcon Battalion 9/11 Wreath Laying Remembrance 11 September 2015 Event Hargrave Falcon Battalion Army ROTC, will be presenting a 9/11 memorial Wreath laying ceremony in remembrance of those who lost their lives on 9/11 and to thank our local first responders. Activities: Hargarve JROTC Falcon Battalion ceremonial laying of a wreath at a grave site or memorial is practiced around the world. Heads of state, the U.S. president, military and veterans honor departed members of the armed forces or society by laying a wreath of flowers and greenery at the site. The Falcon battalion honored the fallen during school this morning in the cafeteria and posted Cadets throughout the day to guard the wreath. Key Take-Aways:
